Refund policy

If you purchased a product from Liv Gourmet Granola and are unsatisfied, we’re here to help!  We offer returns on unopened products within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.  

All returns must be:

• Unopened and untampered with
• Returned within 30 days of purchase 

Return Shipping:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  
• If we have made an error in your order, we will correct it at no cost to you.

To initiate a return, please email Liv at livhealthygranola@gmail.com with your order date, purchase location and concerns.  We will take it from there!
